With certified technicians operating in both British Columbia and Alberta, our growing team have been providing technical services and support to the specialty coffee industry for over 30 years. With that experience comes an expertise in dealing with all types of coffee equipment, ranging from the traditional drip brewers to the latest in automated espresso technology.  All our technicians are factory trained, bondable, carry an extensive parts inventory to help minimize down time and are perform on site repairs 7 days per week.

Our Services

Our team of experienced technicians are trained to handle efficient emergency and or preventive maintenance services, on a diverse range of  beverage equipment including (but not limited to) super-automatic, semi-automatic and manual espresso machines; traditional brewing systems; grinding systems, hot and cold beverage systems; rebuilds and diagnostics; water filtration; and cleaning solutions (just to name a few).  We offer a convenient machine loan program; manufacturers warranty service; free estimates; weekend and holiday coverage; calibration reports and all with a smile 😉

History

We have been a leading service company in BC since the mid-1990s.  Over the years we have worked with many different aspects of the specialty coffee industry, from independent operators to large chain customers. This valuable experience of providing our clients with a comprehensive service package has given us what we feel is an unmatched approach to service.  Although we have successfully grown with our industry, we continue to attend technical seminars and training courses to make sure we are up to date with the latest advances in all brewing technology. We are now proud to offer these professional services to the Alberta market, supporting Calgary and surrounding areas.
